Just 2 doors from Snow Summit, you'll have easy access to all the Big Bear Lake activities. Our Big Bear Lair has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 8. Well-equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and WiFi, are just some amenities that make the space is perfect for your get-away to the mountains. Located on the alley side of Summit Blvd, you'll be close to the action, but on the quiet side of the building. You'll be in the heart of BBL as everything fun is within 2.5 miles. The space The unit comes with 2 parking spots in front of the unit (access from the alley). Two bedrooms located on the 2nd flr and the 3rd floor loft bedroom is a great spot for the kids. TV's with Roku in the Living room and the Loft. WiFi with fast internet, and a 6 port USB charging station in the Living room and each of the Bedrooms. Stocked with board games & puzzles for indoor fun. Kitchen is equipped with all the tools & small appliances to bring out your inner chef. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and the shared front and side decks. Other things to note City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental License #VRR-2026-1007. Possible Power Outages: Due to recent fires in CA, the electric company may cut power due to high winds and lightning in their service area which often affects Big Bear. If this occurs, we will do our best to give you status updates. This is outside Host control and doesn't warrant a refund if you choose to leave, nor is loss of refrigerated foods reimbursed.
