Detached house in the Cotswold village of Sherston

A lovely detached open house set in quiet gardens overlooking the countryside. With its own entrance and parking. Relax in the spacious dining room with seating for 6 and take in the views of the beautiful fields. The bedrooms can either be set up as a king size bed and twin beds, or a king and super-king bed. A quick easy walk to the village shop, post office and Rattlebone Pub make this an ideal location to stay. A secure garden and field next to the house which you and your dog can walk in. The space We are ready for your post lockdown get away! Set within pretty and quiet gardens backing onto open fields, this is a newly renovated detached house. It has its own parking space and own entrance. We own the field next to the garden and you are welcome to walk and play and exercise your dog in this field. Everything is thoroughly cleaned after each stay to ensure we stay Covid-19 free. A short, easy walk and you are in the heart of the village of Sherston. The two bedrooms are upstairs, the bathroom and toilet are downstairs. The lounge has comfortable seating and a large smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime tv. If you require the second room to be set up as a super-king bed instead of a twin room, please let me know at least 2 days before. To do our bit to save energy, we don’t iron our bed linen and we line dry, whenever possible. Facilites include a dishwasher, fridge, washer dryer, crockery, cutlery, sharp knives for cooking, saucepans and frying pan, tea towels, bathroom mirror with shaver point, tv with Netflix and amazon prime tv, wardrobe with hangers, towels and bedding, bedside lamp, high chair, travel cot (guests provide your own bedding for the cot). A car parking space is allocated to you. The garden and patio fenced separately to my family garden. There is some lovely seating in your garden so you can relax in comfort and enjoy the sunshine, views and tranquility! There is a charcoal bbq for you to use in the Garden, please bring your own charcoal and lighters etc. We have a few free range chickens in the field so we have fresh eggs for sale too if you’d like some during your stay! Guest access The whole of the house is yours to use, you have your own front door and parking space, we have allocated the garden area to the front of the dining room for you to use, this is separately fenced to our family garden. We ask you to only use this allocated garden area during your stay and you can also access and use the field. Other things to note We own the field which joins the garden. You are welcome to walk and play in the field and also exercise your dog there. In the field is a chicken run for our chickens.
