Recommended places of interest and attractions include the Cafe Roo (Alfonso Junction), Puzzle Mansion, Deli San Honore, Sonya's Garden, ZenZen Japanese Restaurant, Lime and Basil Restaurant, Queen Strawberry Farm, Sunflower Farm, Twin Lakes, and Sky Ranch among others. The space • A cozy, quiet, studio room with tree line view from the fourth floor. • Provision for air conditioning unit, and electric fan if desired. . UNLIMITED Prepaid WIFI only for booked guests. Personal cutlery / toiletries / beddings may be brought B. Use of induction cooker or electric kettle upon approval only. C. Cooking is limited to rice cooker and microwave use only. D. Only items / appliances authorized or provided for use may be allowed. 5. Prohibitions A. Pets / vandalism / smoking / vaping are not allowed. B. Prohibited / regulated drugs in any form are not allowed. C. Hangings on curtain rods / lampshade / tv / fan are not allowed. D. Littering along corridors are not allowed. E. Disturbing noise / chatter after 10:00 pm is not allowed. F. Bringing noxious / aromatic / malodorous substances are not allowed. G. Cooking (frying fish, bagoong, and other offensive smelling products) is not allowed. H. Use of any metallic material (aluminum foil, cuttlery, utensils, pans, etc) inside the microwave is not allowed. I. Handling of pin lights / light bulbs / sprinklers are not allowed. J. Sticking anything on the wall is not allowed. K. Overcharging / leaving devices or gadgets plugged in unattended are not allowed. L. No visitors shall be allowed. 6. Limit of Liability A. Unit owner / broker / caretaker shall not be liable for any injury sustained by guests during whole duration of stay. B. Unit owner / broker / caretaker shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Check In Instructions 1. Guests to prepare to present Identification at the Labella Residences Main Lobby. 2. Guests to inform the Owner of their arrival. 3. Guests are highly recommended to read and affirm the terms and conditions of the booking specified under the Post Booking information section in AIRBNB for details. Check Out Instructions 1. Guests are to return all displaced items and fixtures in the unit in its original position or state. 2. Guests are to secure and bring out all garbage or waste and dispose at the First floor. 3. Guests are to turn over the key to designated unit representative only. 4. Guests are to wait for clearance while the unit is inspected during check out procedures. Any loss or damage to the Unit property shall be charged to the guest accordingly. Loss of keys shall also be chargeable to the account of the guest.
