Hello, my name is Peter and I am a broadcaster of Radio. Our house is located in one of the safest and quietest neighborhoods in Fairfax, VA. This is a second house so I do not live in that property. Four bed rooms are for guests. My house is very clean and simple. It is located 15 minutes away from Vienna metro station on foot. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a walking distance. Metro buses and Cue buses stop in front of the house. The room is No. 1 upstairs. Our place is a two-level townhouse. The Cozy Room is a private space with full-size bed. Full kitchen and refrigerator, variety appliance, dining table are available for Guests. We are pleased to host guests for enjoying at my place. The room contains a desk, chair, a spacious closet, as well as a closet for keeping guest's items during their visit. The temperature controller is in the downstairs so that the guest keeps proper temperature, as well. Guests can use the full kitchen and appliances. Ask me about things to do such as restaurants, transportation, and events My house is located in a quiet townhouse community close to the Vienna Metro Station, Safeway, and a variety of restaurants. It is conveniently located near the main highways: I-66, I-495, and Route 50. It is 30 min from D.C. by Metro, 25 min from Dulles airport (IAD), and 10min to Tysons Corner Mall. Walking distance to grocery store, Korean restaurants, Vietnamese restaurants, and Indian restaurants. Close to gas station. Metro bus and Cue bus stops are nearby. Close to the GMU/Vienna Metro Station (15-20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car). There is an IHOP restaurant (open 24 hours) very close, as well as an Indian restaurant. It is a 15-minute drive to get to the Mosaic District where there are coffee shops, a movie theater, restaurants, and general shopping. The house is located close to the highway so the rest of Virginia, DC, and Maryland are very easy to get to for a day trip. It is easy to drive to several large malls including Fair Oaks Mall and Tysons Corner Mall. 1. Guests should park their cars along Kingsbridge Drive instead of in the reserved spots in front of the property because of limitation of the parking space in property. The street parking area is vey close to the property and is available on a first come, first serve basis. If a guest needs help finding a parking spot, I am willing to help them anytime. 2. Loud parties are not allowed and try to keep quiet after 10 pm. 3. The washer and dryer are available for guests who stay three days or more. 4. No smoking inside the house and no shoes. We provide slippers for guests.
