The owners live in the attached house, so any questions or issues are dealt with quickly. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Since dogs may be anxious when left in a strange place, we ask that you take them with you on adventures or cage them inside. Another option is, if you will be gone for a short time, I may be available to watch them. No cats allowed due to allergies of the cleaners. Guests have access to the picnic area and grill behind the house, the large side yard and the trails behind the house. Guests have access with a coded key pad. Camp Woodhill guests usually come to enjoy the mountains, lakes, and the many events that take place throughout the area. Located in the center of Ray Brook, but set back from and not visible from the highway, and behind Woodhill Electric, enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Maplefields, a convenience store is located nearby offering items forgotten, as well as, delicious lunch items. In the summer months, enjoy the Tail of the Pup roadside BBQ restaurant across the road with live music and a playground for kids. Then cross the road for ice cream from the Pine Cone. Or you may prefer the 2 minute walk to the Ray Brook Brewhouse. Good food and good beer! Car or bicycle are the best ways to travel. . There is parking for a car near the door and additional parking behind the house.
