Perfectly located in the heart of the Adirondack village of Ray Brook between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake, this property offers proximity to high peak trails and waterways making this location perfect for a base for your Adirondack adventures. STR20-00457 The space 17 acres of private trails, shared backyard fire pit and picnic table which our guests seem to enjoy. The basecamp itself has a living/dining area with a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, bedroom with TV and full bath. Situated behind a contracting business, it tends to be very quiet, except perhaps for an hour on weekday mornings. The owners live in the attached house, so any questions or issues are dealt with quickly. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Since dogs may be anxious when left in a strange place, we ask that you take them with you on adventures or cage them inside. Another option is, if you will be gone for a short time, I may be available to watch them. No cats allowed due to allergies of the cleaners. Guest access Guests have access to the picnic area and grill behind the house, the large side yard and the trails behind the house. Guests have access with a coded key pad. Other things to note . There is parking for a car near the door and additional parking behind the house. Important: cleaning and sanitizing protocols recommended by Airbnb are being followed, including Hot water washing of linens and towels, sanitizing throughout and extended time between rentals.
