Our studios offer a cozy and intimate retreat, perfect for peaceful getaways or fun-filled family adventures, all with the comforts of home. Each studio is thoughtfully designed with your relaxation in mind, featuring a plush queen-sized bed and a twin sleeper for added versatility. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a quaint island dining area for four, makes meal preparation a breeze. After a day of exploration, unwind in the private bathroom’s refreshing shower. The upstairs studios each have a private balcony, offering a peaceful view of the yard shaded by majestic 100-year-old oak trees.Step outside to enjoy the tranquil surroundings with a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco dining, or gather around the fire circle to share stories under the stars. A spacious cedar picnic table invites larger groups to savor meals together in the open air. Whether you’re planning a short escape or an extended stay, our studios provide the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility, making them an ideal home base for exploring the ranch and the scenic countryside beyond. **For added space, there is a loft available, suitable for older children only. Other things to note Upstair studios have a loft with a double pad available to use for older children only. Bedding and pillows are NOT provided for this extra bed, you must bring your own. The loft has no railings, so this space is unsuitable for younger children. Electric bike rentals are available Farm Fresh Vegetables may be available to purchase If you are traveling with pets, please let us know prior to booking. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $75 per pet fee. We are a working ranch with many critters (both wild and domestic), so we ask that you keep them leashed (even in the shared yard)while they are staying with us and use the dog waste bags provided. There is a sign posted yard behind the studios that dogs can run around in freely. Please do not leave them in the rooms unattended, even crated, as they may disturb other guests. Do not allow them on any furniture. There will be additional fines for any violations, $100 per violation. (Breed restrictions: Pit bull/mix, Rottweiler, Doberman, and German Shepard) The renter will understand and acknowledge that Montesino Ranch is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities. The renter will understand that they have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from agritourism activities.
