LaHacienda Chuparose is a place designed to welcome you. You will feel refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. Whether you are a solo adventurer, business traveler, fun seeking couple, or family, Our traditional Southwest Adobe home and 4.5 acres of horse property will be a charming oasis for you in the Tucson Desert. We have two RV/Camper spaces with full hookups and pads for you to enjoy. The space Winter visitors are welcome! Two separate RV spaces are on the property. Each is distinct from the other and allow plenty of privacy. This is not an RV park. This is a home with space and an atmosphere that embodies the openness of the Southwest. If you are traveling with your equine companions, they are welcome as well. We have stalls available for rent during your stay and access to the wash for trail riding right at our back gate. If arena riding is what you enjoy, we have a large arena and round pen available for you. Don't have your own horse but want to meet a couple of sweet ones? Thunder and Fiona love to nibble apple slices from your hands. Lot # 1 accommodates a 36' RV and is located near our arena. It features full hookups and stunning mountain views. Lot #2 accommodates a 40' RV and is located near our bunk house. It features full hookups and almost complete tree shade. From the moment you enter the driveway framed by a mesquite wood fence, you are welcomed and enveloped in the beauty unique to Tucson. You can enjoy our resident roadrunners, quail, hawk, Vermilion flycatchers and of course our hummingbirds for which the house is named as you take in the sweeping mountain views. The numerous mesquite trees on the property serve to make you feel right at home and settled. La Hacienda Chuparosa has all the feel of being removed from the hustle and bustle of Tucson yet is minutes away from midtown Tucson or minutes away from the great outdoors of Sabino Canyon, and Mount Lemmon with Sky Valley Ski Resort at the Summit. Guest access In addition to your Private RV Space you have access to laundry room. Plus we want you to enjoy the large backyard with pool, fire ring, table and seating for 6 on our screened in porch with ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. We also have a full bathroom in our bunkhouse. This is a shared bathroom but you are welcome to use it. Other things to note We have a large dog named Max who stays with us and enjoys meeting new friends. If you'd rather not meet Max, he doesn't take offense. If you enjoy giving a furbaby a rub on the neck, he will take them all day long. You get to make the call. We also have 3 cats who rule our laundry room but don't come into any other area of the house or property. They are gracious when sharing "their" washer and dryer.
