It's has a great location with quick access to the M2 and M4 metro stations and it's close to several malls, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Guest access The whole flat is fully inhabitable with no shared parts.The laundry zone is on the floor level and is shared with the other Bookies flat which is on the same floor.The Garden Bar downstairs is also our property and is available for coffee and drinks in summer season. Other things to note The flat is in the so called “blue zone” that means the street on parking is paid from 8.30-20.00 from Monday-Saturday and it is 2 lv/hour up to 2 hours. You have to send sms to 1302 with your number plate with latin letters. The are several car parks close by.The closest one is situated on Vitosha blvd. 124 and it costs 72 lv/24 hours.We recommend another one which is located 400 meters from the flat on Porto Lagos str. and it costs 22 lv/24 hours.
