True Beach House Feel in MTK

We look forward to our guests enjoying the light and airy experience we always have when spending our summers in Montauk, NY. Our home gives the feel of a cozy, loved home to make countless memories with family and friends. We hope the joy our home brings to us, will bring the same to you. Our space is created to welcome you to a trip filled with love and laughter surrounded by the people you love most with our open floor plan and beach lover vibes! The space When you arrive at the house, through the front door you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom to your left will have a queen size bed, dresser and closet and TV. The bedroom down the hall on your left will have a queen size bed, dresser and closet. You will notice a little morning area with a Keurig machine to enjoy an morning cup of coffee on our lower deck, right through the door next to the last bedroom on the left. Making a right hand turn, you will find the first bathroom on the left, across from the stairs to the basement. The basement has a washer and dryer and really is just used for storage. Straight ahead when making the right turn, there is our third bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, mini dresser and TV! To your right you will find our master bedroom, with the second bathroom, walk in closet and TV! Through the front door you will meet the stair case to go up to our main living area - the open floor plan where we all love to spend our quality time with family and friends. We have an electric fire place, a full kitchen, Air Conditioning / Heating units, 3 couches, a full bathroom and a beautiful view out on our top deck! It is an open space we absolutely love and was designed by our mom. Guest access The entire house will be accessible for your use, including the garage! There is a badminton net in the back yard with paddles in the shed. There is no pool, however we have Private Beach Rights. We will provide a key / beach pass allowing one car to drive, but the beach is about a quarter mile walk up Jackson Rd. We have beach chairs in the garage for use. Washer and Dryer available for use in the basement. We have towels for shower and regular beach towels available too. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and a full fridge. There is also another fridge located in the garage for extra foodies! Other things to note WiFi available - Network name and password will be provided upon check in There is a bbq and electric fire heater on the top deck.
