Our villas is closed the beach by few of steps walking (1 mins) and located in the center An bang village where is a fantastic relaxing place. Our new villas built and finished last November, we set up full facilities and modern equipment for each rooms which our guests have a comfortable holiday. There are only 5 rooms to sell so we are committed that this is a quiet place and have more Private areas we set up chairs and tablesthe guests can relax or working or do some activities with family. The space 1 min walking to the beach and 2 minutes to the An Bang local market where you can get a lot fresh tropical food. Our villas is a family - friendly activities, this option is good for couple, family and solo adventure. Guest access - The Private balcony the in the back of apartment. - The outdoorswimming pool in the front - 2 another balcony in the 2nd floor for working, relaxing or simple hang out with friends. - Exercising rooms (not yet finished but you can do yoga,...) - some necessary things. Other things to note In order to ensure a wonderful guest experience please read the following house rules; 1. Turn off lights and electronics after use and before you leave the apartment 2. Parties are not allowed and quite time is 10pm until 8am 3. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, balcony is allowed 4. Please return all furnitures to its original position before check out 5. Any damage occurred should be charged 6. Please kindly bring your personal hygiene stuff like toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo at your convenience as we try to minimize the use of plastic with the aim of environmental protection.
