Beach House

Welcome to Cottage Beach House! A bright beach front cottage perfect for a lakeside getaway! The space Beach House is one of seven rental cottages on our 6-acre lakefront property. The beach and grounds are shared with other guests, but you’ll have your own private cottage, deck, and fire pit to enjoy. Amenities Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and other essentials. What to Bring We don’t have on-site laundry, so please bring: Bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets) Towels (bath, hand, and kitchen) You’ll also need to bring: - Drinking water (our tap water is filtered lake water, fine for washing, but not for drinking) - Propane for the BBQ - Firewood We Provide Paper towels Toilet paper Dish and hand soap Garbage bags Tin foil and plastic wrap Salt, pepper, and cooking oil Unplug and Relax We don’t have TVs or Wi-Fi, but the views of Moon River more than make up for it. If the weather keeps you inside, bring a laptop or tablet loaded with movies, and your favorite games and puzzles. During Your Stay Guests are responsible for keeping the cottage tidy. We don’t charge a cleaning fee, so please maintain the space during your stay and leave it in good condition when you check out. Before checking out, please: Wash, dry, and put away dishes Wipe spills and crumbs from surfaces and appliances Sweep or vacuum floors if needed (especially with pets or outdoor shoes) Cleaning supplies, a broom, and a vacuum are provided. House Rules No fireworks No smoking indoors (smoking is allowed outside, please use an ashtray or tin can for butts) Quiet hours begin at 11 p.m. Please respect other guests and neighbours and keep music low. Beach House has both a wood stove and an outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings by the fire. Guest access Along with the cottage you'll have access to a large sandy, shallow entry beach Other things to note Beach House is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. Bring store bought K-cups or your own ground coffee as we supply a reusable K-cup filter.
