The unit is a 2 bedroom suite sectioned off from the rest of the house with a private hallway door. It is not the whole house. The 2 bedrooms share a private full bath & shower. The property is rural supplied by a 150m deep well. Good water conservation practices are encouraged. The water from the tap is like your own Perrier/San Pellagrino spring! A 5th person can be accommodated on a full length floor air mattress, complete with linens and a pillow,. but it is best suited for a child. The space 2 separate queen bedrooms available, ideal for family getaway, separated from common areas by private door, with private bath and shower. Air mattress available for 5th person. Home is located in a peaceful forested mountain setting, 15 mins from downtown Victoria BC. At night, the quiet and serenity with no street lights or traffic noise is incredible. Single rooms for 2 or 3 guests also available at reduced rates. The rural house, on 5 acres, was built by a wood shipwright. Wildlife abounds - deer daily roam the property, plus migrating birds of all kinds are common. Many forest and mountain hiking trails, and provincial parks with incredible views are close. Gourmet breakfast prepared by executive chef. Examples include hand made quiches, Thai river prawn egg soup, vanilla maple French toast, Middle East yogurt with seasonal berries, European cheeses, special requests possible. Espresso machine with selection of the finest world roasted coffees for lattes or cappuccinos. All cuisine sensitivities honored from vegan, allergies and dietary requirements to simple likes and dislikes. Pickups from airport, seaplane, helicopter, or ferries available in Victoria with prior notice. High speed wireless internet included. Guest access Access to the suite is through the front door of the house then through a private door closing off the suite from the rest of the house.
