The space Bright, open, comfortable 2-bedroom private apartment. 1 Queen beds - 1 Sofa bed and 2 twin beds Kitchen (coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil, pans, dinnerware included) Full size refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, Keurig single serve coffee maker. Washer and dryer in the unit make laundry a breeze! Living room (games provided) Coffee table slides open, and the center raises up for additional workspace for business and personal computer use. Shower and bath, a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Guest access You will have your own private, secure entry and full access to this 2 bedroom suite, bathroom and kitchen. Suite door is on the side of the home - LEFT door. The front porch, back yard and patio are shared spaces. Other things to note Small (housebroken) pets allowed. A $45/pet fee will be added if booked with a pet. Please be courteous of neighbors. No parties allowed. Quiet hours after 10pm. READ house rules.
