On the lower floor you will find a bedroom, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa. A charming spiral staircase will lead you to the upper floor, where you can relax in the Jacuzzi, sip herbal tea and enjoy the benefits of a regenerating sauna. The private terrace will allow you to enjoy the wonderful climate that the eternal city offers during the warm spring and summer days. Guest access Available only on request and subject to availability, check-in after 11pm and until 3am, to be requested at the time of booking, at a cost of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. The entire flat, including the marvellous terrace, the Jacuzzi and the relaxing sauna, will be exclusively at your disposal for the duration of your stay, thus guaranteeing maximum privacy and comfort during your stay. You can enjoy these exclusive services in total tranquillity, immersing yourself in an unparalleled experience of relaxation. To ensure an impeccable welcome, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance, at least 5 days before your arrival, of your expected check-in time. This will allow us to better organise your arrival.
