The space Barona Street (rue Barona) dates back to 1930, going from Tran Quoc Toan Street to Nguyen Du Street. And the section from Tran Quoc Toan Street back to the inside is Trang Trinh Lane, dating back to 1931. In 1945, it was merged again and called Nguyen Huy Tu Street. In 1949, it was renamed Lien Tri Street. From here, it is a 5-minute walk to Thien Quang Lake and Thong Nhat Park, besides going to Hoan Kiem Lake or visiting other landmarks of Hanoi such as Quan Su Pagoda, Opera House, Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace, Women's Museum, Hoa Lo Prison, St. Joseph's Cathedral....
