Please note of the following: a. Our Security Guard shall politely ask and check IDs to verify the identity of those entering the premises. NO ID NO ENTRY will be strictly implemented. b. Airbnb Guests are required to flash their IDs upon entering the Lobby and to register their companion/visitors at all times. c. The guard must validate the expected guest and seek clearance from the unit OWNER prior to allowing their own guest to access the units being rented. The space We have a free Netflix and Internet. Please make sure to follow the house rules and guidelines to avoid violations in the condominium at all times. Maximum of 5 Guests only per unit. For strict compliance. Please provide 2 Valid IDs as part of the requirements for Guest Authorization Form. Kindly provide the complete names of the guests that will be included as well in the form. NO ID NO ENTRY. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS are allowed as this is being tracked by the management. Damages to property including but not limited to linens, appliances, kitchenware, furniture and fixtures, door locks, will be charged accordingly. CHECK IN - 2pm (Can be earlier depending on the availability) CHECK OUT - 12pm (You can extend until 5pm but with additional fee of 500.00 - depending on the availability). Guest access You can only enjoy all the amenities in the condo unit for FREE if you booked at least one month including PARKING and SWIMMING POOL. GUESTS are allowed to use the SWIMMING POOL but need to pay 100 pesos per head for a maximum of 3 hours per day. GUESTS are allowed to use the PAY PARKING and can avail the Resident Parking Rate if you booked in our Unit for only 50.00 for 10 Hours and additional 10.00 for the succeeding Hours or fractional.
