The studio features an open-plan layout where the bedroom area, living area, dining space, and kitchenette shared a common area. A large en-suite bathroom and laundry provide distinct separation. The bedroom area includes a super king-size bed with a soft mattress, air conditioning, and a portable fan. The wardrobe is furnished with hangers and shelves. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. There are two layers of curtains: one layer is translucent, which is ideal for filtering light and creating a pleasant ambiance in the room, while the other layer is opaque, ensuring complete privacy by blocking outside views. The cozy living area features a comfortable sofa with cushions, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Meanwhile, the dining area includes a dining table and two chairs. Adjacent to the bathroom, the kitchenette is equipped with a double kitchen sink, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a portable gas stove, a rice maker, a hot water kettle, dishes and silverware, water glasses, coffee cups, pots, and pans. Feel free to use any items in the kitchenette if you wish to cook; however, please ensure that all dishes and utensils are washed before your departure. The large, immaculate en-suite bathroom offers modern amenities including a spacious shower with high-pressure water and an instant water heater, along with complimentary toiletries. You may check in earlier than the designated time at no additional cost if we can prepare the room ahead of schedule or if there are no guests staying prior to your arrival. Our latest checkout time is 12:00 P.M. (noon). If you have a late departure, you are welcome to store your luggage or suitcase at the apartment and retrieve it later. We accommodate same-day bookings and arrivals, which requires us to block off a few hours after each reservation to prepare the room for the next guests. However, if there are no subsequent guests scheduled to check in, you may stay for a few additional hours at no extra charge. 3.   POWER OUTAGE — While it is uncommon, there may be brief interruptions in power supply due to the Electricity of Cambodia Authority (EDC) conducting inspections, maintenance, or relocating power lines. Please note that we do not have a backup generator available at the building. We know we’re hardly perfect and sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
