Unit is at 22nd floor the Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residences with a view of Taal. Good for 4 guests. (Booking for 5 guests is okay only if 3 adults with 2 small kids, please coordinate with property owner and host for further review.) With Fibre WiFi upto 50 mbps; good for Netflix streaming. Netflix subscription is also available. Pay parking by Cityland. Mon- Thu: 60 Php per entry for 24 hours. Weekends and Holidays - 80 Php per entry for 24 hours. The space The condo unit is spacious. It has 1 twin bed, 1 single bed and 2 single sized trundle (pull out) beds. Unit can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. Booking for 5 persons is a case by case basis for groups with 3 adults and 2 small children given there are only 4 beds (subject to review and approval by owner) Extra guest fee will be charged for the 4th and 5th person during booking process. Important note: Swimming pool is under renovation and not be available until advised. Guest access Condo has two access points: 1) Street Level along Tagaytay Calamba Road, across McDonald’s Cafe. 2) Back door near Arturo Executive Restaurant and Olivarez College Tagaytay Guest parking slots are owned and managed by Cityland Condo Corp. It is on a first come first served with a fee: Mon-Thu: 60 pesos single entry for 24 hours. Weekends and Holidays: 80 pesos single entry for 24 hours. Multiple entry is not allowed. Parking fee is collected by the condo admin’s security guard each entry to the car park. After guest has completed registration at the registration desk, guest can access the condo unit via keycard that can be retrieved from the card safety box installed at the door of the unit, Passcode to open the safety box is provided after booking is confirmed. Other things to note New: Bookings dated beginning March 1, 2026, will have a Guest Access Fee of 100php per room pee booking. This is a fee assessed by the Cityland Condo and will be charged and added to the cleaning fee on Airbnb platform. 1. Unit can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. Booking for 5 persons is only allowed if group consists of 3 adults and 2 small kids given that there are only 4 beds in the unit. Children of all ages is counted in the total number of guests booked on Airbnb. “Guest of guest” not booked on Airbnb platform is not allowed to enter the condo. Failure to comply can mean penalties will be imposed and/or cancellation of reservation. 2. Advance Guest Authorisation Requirement: After successfully booking the unit, the guest is required to send the following information to the property owner via Airbnb platform (messages) 24 hours prior date of arrival. a) Names of all guests booked on Airbnb - we need to submit this list to the condo admin office prior date of trip. b) Mobile Contact Number of the main guest (the booker) - for emergency contact with property owner and caretaker 3. Kitchen use: a) Simple cooking is allowed. Cooking food with strong smell like dried fish, seafood and curries are not allowed. b) Basic cooking appliances and tools are available: rice cooker, induction cooker, electric water kettle, toaster oven, small pot, small frying pan. You can send enquiries about other basic cooking tools via Airbnb platform. c) Grilling of any method is not allowed (samgyeop cooking is not allowed. d) We do not provide drinking water, cooking oil, salt and pepper. 4. Bathroom essentials that we provide: bath towels for guests booked on Airbnb platform, toilet paper and hand soap only. 5. Strictly no parties, hanging of decor, events and / photography session or photoshoot inside the unit are not allowed. 6. Swimming pool is now available for registered guests. 7. Roof deck is open to registered guests from 6AM-10AM and 4PM-8PM. 8. Pets are not allowed. 9. Smoking of any form (cigar or vape) are not allowed inside the condo property. 10. Request to change date of trip can only be accommodated, subject to review and approval by the host, if request is submitted 7 days prior original trip date. 11. Whilst Taal Volcano is in Active Status, Tagaytay City is outside the Taal Volcano danger zone. Guests however are advised to take this in to consideration in planning and booking for their trip. Ko
