Modern, stylish 1 bedroom apartment, excellent location, with stunning views of the lake and walking distance to town centre (10 minutes) 3 minute walk to the lake, 2 min from bus stops. ALSO SUITABLE IF YOU ARE NOT A COUPLE as the super comfy super king size bed can split into 2 single beds (SEE PHOTOS). It has a deck with views, stove,oven,dishwasher,microwave, fridge/freezer,sandwich press, washing machine,clothes dryer. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine, sorry coffee pods are not provided. The space NO CAR PARK ONSITE available, just free street parking. There will be no interaction with guests on arrival as it is set up as a self check-in, you have your own entrance with the key to the apartment inside a lock box. The access to the stairs that lead to the apartment are on a car park, there will often be a car parked in that spot, you will have to walk around it please. PLEASE NOTE: No Coffee pods are provided for the Nespresso coffee machine, please bring your own, thank you! Any brand of pods work well. A cat (Maximo) lives in the next door property and he is very sociable, so if you have any cat allergies or you are not keen on hanging out (maybe) with this cat, this place is not for you, sorry! PLEASE BE WARNED! The ranch slider has a cat door which will be locked so he can not use it to get inside the apartment. Just in case he pays you a visit... Guest access PLEASE NOTE: THE WALK TO YOUR ENTRANCE STAIRS WILL BE SHARED WITH A CAR. NO ONSITE CAR PARKING AVAILABLE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THAT SPOT. You can park in the nearby streets.
