This modern and refurbished studio has a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a seating area with a comfortable sofa bed. Please note, the sofa bed is 120 cm. The apartment is close to tram line 1, ideal for getting to the city center in less than 20 minutes. It is located close to all amenities. The space The sofa bed is 120. The accommodation has a balcony, ideal for sipping coffee or having breakfast in the sun. If you come by car, you can safely park your car in the residence's parking lot. ATTENTION: THE TOILET FLUSH WORKS WELL. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SYSTEM DUE TO THE RESIDENCE'S PIPING. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place.
