There is a beautiful view of the main shipping channel and the sunsets are spectacular. This cottage is ideal for couples, fishermen or small families. This cottage will sleep five people with two bedrooms and a sofa in the living area. The cottage includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker Basic Cable TV and Free WiFi are provided. Boat dockage is included. Bed Linens, Blankets, pillows, and towels are not provided. Cooking pots, pans, dishes, cups, and silverware are not provided. Dogs are allowed with owners approval and There is a pet fee. There is a children’s playground and a small sandy beach. Enjoy the fishing, boating, kayaking, or just enjoy relaxing by the river. Close to all the area attractions, including Restaurants, Stores, Golf courses, Museums, Boat tours, Wineries etc.
