Luggage storage: 6 euros per piece and 3 euros per bag. Airport transfers: 35 euros for a sedan, and 45 euros for a van with up to 7 seats. Jacuzzi and sun terrace*: 20 euros per person, in shared use with other tenants, or 30 euros per person in exclusive private booking * Maximum 3 hours. Available from April. Other things to note LOCAL LEGISLATION It is mandatory to comply with national laws, identifying the tenants of each reservation, and not performing any activity contrary to the law for the duration of the rental season. PARTIES: Absolutely no parties, in all its forms. We actively control them, through cameras that are properly marked in the Cameras and Surveillance Devices section. Unauthorized parties or guests will be grounds for cancellation without refund, and consequent police complaints. Respect the hours of rest. PETS: Pets are allowed only on P2LHOMES bookings TOBACCO: No smoking inside; non-compliance will result in a €300 fine. COMMERCIAL RENTALS: Recordings or business sessions of any kind must be studied and authorized in advance. NON-COMPLIANCE Failure to comply with any of these rules means immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund.
