Cozy Bungalow - 5 miles Legoland & 0.5 miles Downtown

This cozy bungalow includes 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths, and it sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably! Located approximately 45 minutes from Tampa & Orlando, guests can also visit Legoland which is less than 15 minutes away. With games, puzzles and Dvds, and a cozy patio with seating to enjoy the fresh air. Enjoy downtown entertainment within walking distance (10-15min walk), only a half mile away! Home is centrally located to dining, shopping, and small town fare. The space This cozy home packs a punch! The house includes a fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer & dryer. This is a duplex, so only the downstairs is available. The upstairs is occupied by a long-term tenant. The house also offers a baby chair. We are always trying to improve and add to make the stay as convenient and comfortable as possible for our guests. Guest access Guests will only have access to the first floor. Other things to note We hope you enjoy your stay! We just want to take this time to point out an important reminder that we do conduct a full inventory check both before you check-in and after you check out. We hope that you will treat our home as if it was your own. Missing items will be charged against your stay and we certainly don’t want to have to do that. The following shows you the costs that may accumulate should items go missing. Small towels = $10.00 Large towels = $20.00 Board games (missing or damaged) = $15.00 DVDs (missing or damaged) = $5.00 Bed sheets = $30.00 Pillow Cases = $10.00 Pillows = $30.00/each Backyard board and bean toss game available. Charcoal grill and propane grill as well as all grilling utensils available at house.
