If you want to be as close to Smith Mountain Lake as possible, this is the unit for you! You will love relaxing at the water's edge enjoying the beautiful lake and mountain views from this private end unit with large wrap-around deck. And you will love Bernard’s Landing Resort which offers the most amenities of any resort at Smith Mountain Lake. Free use of our kayaks/paddleboard, plus all resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, sandy swimming beaches, fitness center, and sport courts. DOCK: Courtesy docks are right in front of your condo. Rent a boat/jet ski, or bring your own. ($20/night decal required if you bring your own,) BEDS: The master bedroom offers lake views, a luxurious king-size bed, en suite bathroom with tile shower, and TV. The sliding glass door exits onto the deck. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, wall mounted TV, and large, updated hall bath. Quality linens/bedding and towels (including beach towels) are provided. LIVING AREA: Comfortable living room with a 62” TV. Our end unit offers incredible views from the Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Free WIFI. KITCHEN: Well equipped kitchen stocked with many spices. AMENITIES GALORE! LAKE SWIMMING AND KAYAKING: A small sandy beach area is steps from the condo and we store a single kayak, a tandem kayak, and a paddleboard there for the use of our guests. Just get the padlock code from us. We also provide beach towels, and life jackets. SPORT COURTS: Tennis/pickleball/racquetball/basketball courts are close by, and we provide racquets and balls for our guests! There is a lanyard in the condo for access to indoor sport courts/gym/sauna/pools. SWIMMING POOLS: One of the two outdoor pools is located just behind the condo. The other Olympic-type swimming pool with lap lanes is located at the Clubhouse, as well as a separate children's wading pool and play area, plus an indoor pool and hot tub! A large sandy BEACH with lounge chairs is nearby. GYM: Fitness center, plus steam room and SAUNA are available at the Clubhouse! DINING: It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Napoli By the Lake for a delicious dinner with indoor and outdoor seating. It's recommended to make a reservation since this is such a popular place. CONVENIENCE: Less than 8 miles away is the Westlake Center with a Kroger grocery store, multiple restaurants, as well as a movie theater (Westlake Cinema).
