Secure with CCTV surveillance and a dedicated security guard. Common swimming pool accessible from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM; swimwear required (no cotton clothes allowed). Amenities include 24-hour water supply, free WiFi, and a backup generator for power outages. One free parking space provided inside the premises. Fully air-conditioned and furnished with a living area, dining area, kitchen, and balconies. Entertainment features include a Smart TV for your enjoyment. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, induction cooker, and cooking utensils; guests need to bring daily consumables.
