A cozy apart-hotel located on the 4th floor of a historic building that was built in 1917 and has 3 separate two-level studios in the loft style. The house is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House, not far from the Golden Gate and Khreshchatyk Street, a 5-minute walk from the metro station "University".There is a bed or a sofa in the apartment, and there are mattresses on the second tier. The studio has its own small kitchen and its own bathroom with everything you need. Welcome :) The space The building is a monument of architecture. It is located on one of the most beautiful streets of the capital with a cobblestone road, unique architectural buildings and the atmosphere of the old city. We offer you an apart-hotel with unique design ideas. Fragments of the original structure are saved and maximally shown in the design of the interior. Here you can see shabby and old brick walls of the pre-revolutionary time with a special and pleasant yellowish shade. You can see the mark with the name of the owner of the plant on personal bricks in where this brick was produced. High ceilings made it possible to design the second level, where a metal staircase with wooden steps leads to. The second tier is designed as a niche. The protective grid and lighting are thought out. A comfortable staying at any time of the year will provide installed air conditioning. You will be pleased with the handmade designer decor such as lamps, mirrors, countertops. Each studio has its own bathroom with all necessary things and an individual kitchen with the kitchen utensils. There is a hairdryer, an iron and everything you need for a comfortable staying in the apartments. We are making everything to make you feel as at home and return to us. Dear guests, please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartments. The violation of the rules of the company may lead to the fines are applied. Guest access At your disposal is cozy studios with all the things you need. In the kitchen you will find all necessary household equipment: kitchen utensils, a microwave, a refrigerator, a cooker, a kettle (coffee, salt and sugar). In the apartments: bedding, pillows, blankets, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and an ironing board. In the bathroom: hygiene kits (shampoo, shower gel and soap), towels, a hair dryer. In the common corridor (for general usage of 3 studios): a washing machine and a drying machine (laundry powder). Other things to note Standard check in is at 14:00 and check out at 11:00 in the morning. Early check-in and late check-out depend on previous and next guests, respectively.
