Our villa was newly renovated on March 2022. It is natural, tropical and homey. In our house you can find: - 3 air-conditioned bedrooms - 2 bathrooms with water heater - 1 standard bathroom - Kitchen - Dining room - Living room and book corner - Carport (fit for 1 car) - Garden with gazebo - Balcony Our house rules: - Capacity: 6 adults. Please be honest regarding this matter. We want to keep the house well-maintained and you to feel comfortable. - No party and gathering. - No pets. The space Our house is 5 minutes away from Godean main road and 30 minutes away from Malioboro area. You can easily catch food vendors, bakery, laundry service, minimarket, beaty salons, gas station and ATM. Guest access Guests are able to access all floors and facilities in our house, except the under-stairs cabinet where we store house supplies. Other things to note Since the villa is located near paddy field, it is most likely for you to find bugs inside and outside the house. We provide safe, store-bought pesticide for you to access.
