A brand new sofa bed, extremely comfortable 1.60 m wide mattress in a very bright 40 m² living room, with open-plan kitchen, shower room and private toilet in a stone building, quiet street 5 minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe, magnificent view of the Russian Cathedral of Paris, antique furniture. Very comfortable and chic apartment. The space Paris 8th, TERNES or COURCELLES metro station, very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Parc Monceau. Antique building, wooden floor, moldings. I leave part of my apartment totally private, while living in the other completely separate part; There are two different entrances.
