The apartment is beautifully fitted with modern appliances, comfortable furniture and all the facilities required to enjoy your stay. We are ideally located on Manly's premier Eastern Hill and only a short stroll to Manly and Shelly Beaches, Manly Wharf, cafes restaurants and and eateries, Manly Ferry and Bus services to Sydney CBD, and everything that Manly has to offer . The space Fully furnished , elegantly styled and equipped for Airbnb visitors, you will love the apartment because of its ideal tranquil location and it's ambience. Perfect for a romantic getaway , a holiday or business trip. The apartment is immaculately clean & fitted with all amenities for your stay. There is unlimited data available to accommodate your streaming or data requirements. The lounge has comfy sofas to relax on whilst watching TV, reading enjoying the fireplace or just chilling with family or friends. Please note that we have installed new coffee and side tables and floor lamp currently not shown on the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to prepare your own meals including a microwave, cooking utensils and serving dishes and coffee machine. There are also basic pantry supplies such as olive oil, salt , pepper, herbs, spices, sauces, vinegar, mustard, peanut butter, honey, selection of teas, coffee and milk. In the bathroom you'll find low tox hand wash, body wash , body lotion, shampoo & conditioner, high quality organic towels and a hair dyer. High quality comfy beds & organic linen. New bedside lamps. Built-in wardrobes , coat hangers & ample storage including luggage racks There is a fireplace and additional electric heaters if you like it cosy and three fans for cooling if needed. We have also provided a beach bag, beach mats, snorkelling gear and umbrella so you can enjoy our World class beaches that are just an easy stroll away. There is also the Cabbage Tree ocean pool just down the road adjacent the Bower Restaurant, which serves meals and coffee. Shared laundry facilities and clothes line are in the back courtyard. An iron and ironing board are in the cupboard in the apartment. There is also outdoor seating and table in the backand front courtyard for your use. Guest access There is a key lock box with a code so you may check in on your own as you wish. We recommend leaving the keys in the lockbox to ensure access. I will send you check in instructions and new lock box code on the day of your arrival. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. The apartment must be left tidy with all rubbish removed, all food taken out of the fridge and cupboards and all dishes washed and packed away. Stays longer than 2 weeks duration will incur an additional mid-way cleaning fee that will be payable by guests at the time of booking. We wish you a lovely stay. Guest access You have access to the whole of the apartment as well as the shared common courtyard and an outhouse laundry (cold water washing machine). We pride ourselves in offering a safe, sustainable environment, providing natural linen, and low tox cleaning and personal care products for your use. The property is also thoroughly cleaned and sanitised with antibacterial products, free of nasties and in accordance to Air BnB's enhanced cleaning protocol. We use larger size containers and top them up rather than using individual containers to lessen waste. Toilet paper, tissues and paper towels supplied are from "Who gives a Crap" who use 100% recycled toilet paper and donate 50% of their profits to provide santitation to developing countries to improve hygiene and reduce disease. Likewise the silky soft bed linen is made from organic sustainable bamboo; a fabric that is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The doonas are filled with natural wool or feather & down with organic cotton covers. The fluffy bath towels are also made from bamboo and three times more absorbent than regular towels. Our cleaner uses non toxic products and microfibre cloths and mop and a HEPA filter vacum cleaner. They also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so let us know if anything requires additional attention. We have also elected to pay for 100% green power electricity to promote renewable energy and provide you with three fans for cooling in the Summer, should you need it rather than relying upon air-conditioning.
