Description
Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC. The space Available is an adorable little cabin that I put my heart and soul into creating. It's located in City Terrace, which much like the Echo Park Hills and Silverlake is an up and coming area because of its proximity to burgeoning Downtown LA and the Downtown Arts District. The area is quiet and residential. There is ample parking during the day and it gets tighter at night. There is parking for one car in the driveway. Parking is accessed by backing into the driveway from street level. It's actually very easy, but if you're not a comfortable driver, this might not be your ideal space. The area is a mostly Latino area, and is becoming more culturally diverse as home prices in LA rise and non Latino folks continue to buy or rent property in the area. The neighbors are very friendly and keep to themselves. The cabin has a retreat like atmosphere. A lot of residents in the area have pets so you may hear barking, but mostly it's kept under control. I live in the main house on the property so any questions or needs can be addressed. Guest access There is a large gate at the front of the property. Keys will be kept in a lock box on the property for which i'll give the code. Other things to note I will let you know parking details.
