Extra guest AFTER 2 PAX will be charged 499 pesos per day. Undeclared guest will be charged 1500 per day. 3. PENALTY will be imposed for any damage such as but not limited to clogged toilet, stained linens, foul odor, unauthorized / undeclared use of appliances. 4. THROW PILLOW is NOT for free. You may get it for souvenir with a fee of 250 pesos only. BEDRUNNER should be kept inside the unit. 5. APPLIANCES which are not inside the unit such as but not limited to rice cooker, hair blower, flat iron, and the likes are available upon request with a minimal charge. Please declare if you bring any other appliances upon check in. Unplug it if not in use. 6. ELECTRIC KETTLE is for water only. Do not use it for cooking noodles or any food. We will charge 1000 if you use it for cooking. 7. PETS are not allowed. Penalty of PhP1,500 for those who will bring it without permission. 8. NO SMOKING policy is strictly observed in all areas within the building. Violators will be charged PhP 1,500. 9. Any other suspicious or illegal activities will be reported to proper authorities. 10. PAY PARKING across the building at SIERRA MADRE side. You may also check VRP or Norkis for pay parking options. 11. Please throw garbage directly at the Lower Ground Floor (LG) not anywhere outside the unit. For one day booking, please keep the trash inside the bins. We will throw it upon check out. For long term guests, we can get the trash upon request. Do not leave it outside the unit. 12. DO NOT THROW ANY GARBAGE TISSUE OR NAPKINS AT THE TOILET BOWL. WE WILL CHARGE 1000 FOR ANY CLOGGED TOILET. 13. LAUNDRY inside the unit is not allowed. Self service laundry at the Ground Floor is available. 14. For long term guests, change of lines and towels will be charge 500 pesos upon request.
