This newly-renovated Studio is located within the Silom downtown area of Bangkok, within walking distance of skytrain and subway stations, and a huge public park. A business district during the day, SIlom is also known for its street food, night market, and night-time activities. The Studio is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a 3-seater sofa, with A/C, Wi-fi, fridge, TV, and Netflix. A swimming pool, a gym, and coin-op washers/dryers are also available in the building for use. The space The Studio is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There’s an elevator, so there's no need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Upon check-in, you will be handed two key cards, one for the security door on the ground floor (entrance into the residence area), and one for the Studio itself. Please note that the Studio key card functions both as a door access card and an electricity-enabling card (for this, you need to insert it in the slot by the door). The functional area of the Studio is around 34 sq meters. Inside, you will find a queen-size bed with bedside tables, a 3-seater sofa with a small table, a couple of cabinets and wardrobes (clothes hangers provided), and a refrigerator. Please note that the color of the bedsheet, comforter, and pillow case would alternate between dark red (as pictured) and gray. There is a Smart-TV connected to Wi-fi, with Netflix access provided (if you wish to use your own account, feel free to log out from the account provided). You could also use other streaming services, like Amazon Prime and Apple TV, if you have an account for them. A Google Home Mini is available for use in the room, either for its own specific functions or simply as a Bluetooth speaker. There are both opaque and translucent curtains for your choosing. Beyond the curtains is a small balcony that you could open out to, though it has very limited room. You could place the collapsible clothes/towels-drying rack (provided) inside the room, by the balcony door. Lights within the Studio have dimmers for you to adjust, and a sound-proof wall is built into the room on the head-rest side of the bed to accommodate your sleep. Near the Studio’s entrance, there is a small kitchenette area with a sink for light cooking (no stove provided, and no stove activities permitted). A microwave, an electric kettle, cutlery, and a couple of basic tableware are provided. The bathroom’s shower area, with rain-shower, is separated from the toilet bowl and sink area by a glass door. Basic toiletries—including body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer—will be provided. On the 4th floor, one floor up from the Studio, you will find a small gym (some equipment is awaiting repair and might not be available) and a huge swimming pool, with sunbeds and shower rooms, available for use. There are also coin-operated washing and dryer machines by the shower rooms. The 600 THB cleaning fee charged on top of the room rates, as displayed on the Airbnb booking system, is for the one-time cleaning upon your check-out. You could contact the building management office for extra cleaning in-between your stay, which will cost 680 THB per time.
