A self contained chalet with a view over a field and woodland, deep in the Devon countryside but only eight miles from the coast and one mile from the village of Bradworthy. The cabin has a spacious lounge/dining area, kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and the other a 3ft bunk bed. The enclosed garden has a picnic table & BBQ, also laundry airer. This is an ideal base for walking, biking and touring North Devon and North Cornwall. The space The Bunkhouse is a fully self contained holiday chalet with its own parking space, enclosed lawn and view over fields where there are two donkeys and a pony. The village of Bradworthy is only a mile away where there is a range of shops including a butcher and two convenience stores. You will also find the local Pub, The Bradworthy Inn, which serves breakfast in their cafe as well as lunch and dinner in the main building and of course a full range of drinks including local ale and cider. Guest access The Bunkhouse is a self-contained log cabin with it's own enclosed lawned area with a wooden picnic table and BBQ. There is a large parking area adjacent to the property which is exclusive to The Bunkhouse guests. Other things to note Our two donkeys, Jamie & Holly, are in the field adjacent to the Bunkhouse garden. They love to see the guests and usually greet them with a loud bray! Dogs are most welcome at Berridon, however in the interest of everyone's safety, we do ask that they are kept on a lead when walking on the estate. We offer an enclosed paddock just a couple of yards from the Bunkhouse, where you are welcome to exercise your dog off a lead. There are other holiday lodges on the site but they should not interfere with your stay.
