We are located at Wilsons Bay in Hamurana. - Guests walk approx 100mtrs to lakefront from our place. - 25 min drive to Rotorua Central traffic permitting - 13 min drive to Rotorua Airport The space Welcome to our place, PLEASE READ LISTING THOROUGHLY! Suitable for guests wanting basic comforts in a small space. *We live upstairs, you have sole use of the space downstairs including 2 bedrooms, small bathroom, kitchenette/laundry. There is also a small fridge, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. Laundry tub doubles as vanity. There is no dining table due to limited space we recommend dining out. Bedroom 1 - queen bed Bedroom 2 - king single bed with single trundler bed Second room is small, when using the trundler there is limited room for movement ideally suited for 1 adult Double sit on KAYAK available for guest use includes paddles, life jackets and trolley (please confirm prior to arrival for use of kayak) included in nightly rate, no extra charge. Extra guest charge is $35 per person, per night 3rd and 4th guests only. SPECIAL CONDITIONS *Kayak - life jacket sizes are limited, please use kayak only if jackets fit securely. Guest access Guests access through backdoor, with full use of downstairs.
