The space Well presented self-contained annexe to a large, period house situated in the centre of Stoke Fleming and 3 miles from the historic town of Dartmouth. On two floors, the property has been tastefully refurbished to a good standard and has a lovely decked balcony overlooking gardens. From parking area, Front door to Kitchen: fully fitted with marble tiled floor and solid walnut worktops, halogen hob, microwave oven, (no full size cooker) dishwasher, washing machine.
