Cozy Private 1-Bedroom + Full Bath Near GGP/Ocean

Located in the quiet, non-touristy Outer Sunset neighborhood, our suite is thoughtfully arranged to provide a simple and comfortable environment for your stay. With a private entrance, a bedroom, and a full bath, it's an ideal space for solo travelers and couples who want privacy and convenience. We're a few minutes’ walk away from charming coffee shops, restaurants, and Golden Gate Park/Ocean Beach. Downtown is ~40 min via public transportation with bus stops just two blocks away. The space Welcome to our cozy and private suite, perfect for travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. - The suite features one comfortable bedroom and a full bath connected by a corridor. - We DO NOT HAVE A COMMON/LIVING AREA OR COOKING FACILITIES. We also do not have a TV in the suite. We do provide a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, hot water boiler, coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils. Complementary coffee and tea are also provided. - The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and a couch. - The bathroom is stocked with hand towels, body wash, and shampoo etc. - In addition to our central heating, we also have an electric space heater in the suite for your use. There is no air conditioning because San Francisco enjoys cooler temperatures year-round. - There is high-speed internet provided. We live in a safe, quiet, NON-TOURISTY residential neighborhood that is very conveniently located near restaurants, Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach and bus lines to downtown SF (~40 minutes via public transit, depending on traffic conditions). - Great foodie places are just a few minutes’ walk away--among them are Andytown Coffee Roasters, Devil’s Teeth Baking Company, DAMNFiNE Coffee, Java Beach Café, Celia's by the Beach, Outerlands, and Tazaki Sushi. - We are NOT near downtown San Francisco, but connecting bus lines are very close by. The N-Judah and 7 lines to downtown are two blocks away and other bus lines are also within a few blocks. Uber and Lyft are affordable and convenient options as well. - Golden Gate Park is five minutes away and Ocean Beach is a seven-minute walk. Popular tourist destinations such as Sutro Baths/Lands End and the San Francisco Zoo are short bus rides away. Guest access You have access to your suite through our backyard. There are two steps down to the backyard and two steps right inside the door to the suite. There is a little tool shed in the yard across from the suite entrance that is off-limits to guests. We do NOT have parking on the property, but there is free street parking around the house. Please take care to note the street cleaning days and times to avoid parking tickets--we will provide more info in our check-in info as well. Other things to note - The keys to the backyard and your suite are in a lockbox by the wooden gate to the backyard. - Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. - Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM. We live in a quiet residential area and want to be mindful of our neighbors. - Houses in San Francisco are primarily made of wood, so the soundproofing is not perfect. Since we live in the unit upstairs, there may be some foot traffic noise from above. However, this goes both ways and we can also hear noise from the suite below. We try to keep our noise to a minimum during quiet hours and hope you will do the same. - There is a backyard floodlight security camera system above the door to the suite. It monitors the yard and is for the safety of our guests. The system activates after sunset. - NO SMOKING/ MARIJUANA USE/ VAPING/ CANDLES/ INCENSE OR OPEN FLAME are permitted in or near the suite (this includes the backyard). - Please do not throw parties in our suite or bring home new friends you've met while in town.
