The Colonies at Williamsburg Resort consists of 288 two-bedroom (or 144 four-bedroom) condominiums spread across 27 low-rise buildings. Buildings vary between two and three floors with no elevators. This ad is for weekly rentals beginning on a weekend. Williamsburg is ideal for a family vacation as there is so much to do in the area. You must pay for 7 nights. If you prefer a 2BR unit for up to 6 people, the price will be lower. Please ask me to confirm pricing and availability before reserving. The space The Colonies at Williamsburg Resort accommodations feature two-and four-bedroom floor plans designed for maximum comfort. Kitchen, living room and dining room areas in each suite are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. Mid-week cleaning is available upon request at a charge. Other things to note Check-in: 4:00 pm local time Check-out: 10:00 am local time (Some flexibility is possible depending on the resort) Minimum age for check-in is 21. Picture ID, major credit card. The Colonies at Williamsburg Resort is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please call the resort to notify of late arrivals. Rollaway beds, cribs and highchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guest must request items at check-in and they may not be reserved in advance. Charges apply. Housekeeping services are not included. Guests are asked to dispose of trash in several conveniently located sites on property. Mid-week cleaning is available upon request at a charge of $25 for the 2BR. A mid-week cleaning includes beds being made with fresh linens, removal of trash and replacement of liners, exchange of all bath and kitchen linens, and the vacuuming of the unit. Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee. A $75 fine is applicable for units left excessively unclean. Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment is not allowed on the property. Contact the resort directly for recommendations on available approved parking. Select rooms are pet friendly for a non-refundable $125 pet fee. Approval must be obtained prior to arrival. Once approved, an up-to-date vaccination record from a veterinarian will be required at check-in. There is a $30 resort fee due at check-in.
