Arrival must be between 9am and 7pm. Flight Arrival details MUST be sent to us at least 3 days in advance before arrival. Airport pickup is not available for last minute booking. * For booking less than 4 nights, we can arrange airport pickup at your request for a fee of 40 USD. * Weekly cleaning is required for booking of 7 days or more. Free of charge. * Maison de Annam is 10 minutes walk to Thiso Mall Sala Shopping Centre. * Very close to the City Centre ( District 1), with many famous tourist attractions. * 10 minutes drive to BenThanh Market , Nguyen Hue and Dong Khoi street. * High speed wireless internet. * Ducted air conditioning for the entire apartment with individual control for each room. * 24/7 building & home access. * 24/7 Security guard at the main entrance. * Big screen TV in master bedroom * After booking, in addition to Airbnb identity verification, all guests staying at the property are required to send us copy of Passport with a valid entry Visa or Vietnamese Photo ID at least 7 days prior to arrival for registration with building management. Failure to do so, might result cancellation of the booking. * We do not allow bookings made on behalf of a third party without prior approval.
