The apartment has a perfect location in the very city center. A 1 minute walk(!) from the Mayakovskaya metro station, bus stop and 24 hour supermarket are just nearby. Red Square and the Kremlin in 5 minutes by metro and 20 minutes by foot. Soundproof rooms with free Wi-Fi and modern furniture are offered. The apartment is air conditioned, has a flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Renovated November 2019 A shuttle service is offered for an extra fee The space First of all, the apartment has a very convenient location with excellent transport accessibility: metro station is 1 minute walk away, the bus stop is right outside the building. The area is absolutely safe and will work for families with children. There is a playground in the courtyard and crib in the apartment (please let us know if crib is needed, because it should be assembled in advance). Our reverent attitude to cleanliness and the special aura of the apartment itself will make the stay of our guests as pleasant as possible. Wide window openings allow a lot of natural light to penetrate and make the apartment very bright and cozy, and high ceilings provide additional comfort. The apartment has everything you need for long stays, and for short trips. Kitchen: dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, washing and drying machines, microwave oven, all utensils for cooking and eating (there is salt, pepper, vegetable oil, tea, coffee, sugar), fridge-freezer, a full-fledged dining table. General: large LCD TV with SmartTV, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, hangers, towels and bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, soap and washing powder are provided free of charge. Comfortable beds: a double beds in private bedrooms (200x160 and 200x140) and a very comfy sofa-bed in the living room (200x140). Complete isolation from noise from the road! Also in the bedroom there is a dressing room. Guest access The whole apartment is available for guests. Two private bedrooms with double beds and dressing room; living room studio with sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table; fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small balcony. Other things to note No smoking in the amartment! Silence from 10pm to 9am In summer, the Moscow municipal services could shut off hot water for 10 days due to maintenance work, but the apartment has a water heater (boiler) so hot water is available all year round. Central heating in winter is regulated in each room separately.
