Living in our spacious apartment in the heart of Barcelona will make you feel part of our beautiful city. It is located in a typical “modernist” building that takes you back to the days of Gaudi. At the same time you will experience the conveniences of modern life. The apartment is located on the border of neighborhoods ¨Eixample¨ and Gràcia. Enjoying best of both worlds :) Other things to note The Barcelona city council charges a tax to all tourists visiting the city. At this moment, the tourist establishments tax, is 9,95 euros per person, per night. This only applies to travelers from 17 years and older. When you reserve our apartment, you will see that this tax is added to the total of your stay. We like to be transparent about our prices. We include everything possible in our price (cleaning, bed linen, and extras). Unfortunately, the city tax can´t be included in the price since this is collected by the local government. Please, when you are travelling with children, let us know. We can modify the reservation and change the number of travelers. Like this, they won´t pay the city tax.
