Charming cottage close to town

The house is a quirky and quaint, split level 2 bedroom former railway cottage ( 68sq m) 15 mins walk to town, the bus stop is right at the end of the street . A relaxed atmosphere, wifi and a comfy bed to fall into at the end of your day. Local shops, bars and restaurants a minute's walk away. Females only. There is a dog here, who rules the roost. The space The house is a split level former railway cottage dating back to 1878 and has been lovingly refurbished by the owner occupier. The room is small, with a small double bed (4ft)and chest of drawers to unpack into, comfortable for one person. There is a kitchen/dining room with an open fire for those rainy evenings, please feel free to use all the kitchen facilities but light cooking only (no cooking of fish or curries or any strong smelling foods). The bathroom which is downstairs is shared with the owner, there is a shower over bath with instant hot water for shower. There is a small patio area to the rear of house with container flowers and a bench for sitting out when the weather permits. There is good wifi. The house is 15 minutes walk to the centre of town (1.2km to O'Connell St), 25 minutes walk to Grafton St and is just off the North Strand Road. The street is well served by buses into town every couple of minutes. Fairview Park is 5 minutes walk, it's a 30/40 minutes walk to Bull Island and Dollymount Beach. Dogs live on the property. Guest access Your small room is your own, it's a single room with a small double bed(4ft). The bathroom and kitchen/dining room shared with the owner which you're welcome to use. The living room is not shared. During your stay I will be here to greet you and am happy to welcome and give you advice on where to go in town, there are maps here for your use and if I can give you any tips on my favourite bars and restaurants, I'd be delighted to. I'll be present during your stay and am available for any questions you might have but will also leave you to enjoy your privacy. Due to being immunocompromised, I won't be interacting with you in the way I previously would have and will be keeping my distance more. Other things to note Smoking allowed though not in your room.
