Rental unit in Naples

The room is located in a private apartment inhabited by me, Luigi and Marco (my children), with a shared entrance but totally independent with a private bathroom. It is furnished with a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower. Bed sheets and towels, toilet paper, and soap are provided. The quiet room is ideal for two people, but a third guest can also be accommodated upon request. The space The kitchen is shared, you can only use it for breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A breakfast area with an espresso machine and kettle is available. Use of the kitchen is allowed from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for the preparation of simple meals using your own food, a daily surcharge may be requested. Please avoid cooking for long periods or cooking that produces strong odors (e.g., fried foods, fish, meat with intense spices) out of respect for the other occupants and the house. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy immediately after use. Every utensil, dish or appliance used must be washed and put in its place, the dishwasher can be used. The use of the refrigerator/freezer must be requested, all food must be stored properly in the refrigerator/freezer and must never be left open. During your stay Luigi, Marco and I love giving guests suggestions for tourist and cultural itineraries of the city, places to see, where to eat, exhibitions, theater shows, folklore, markets and everything that can be appreciated about our city. Luigi can take you around on request, he will be an excellent tour guide! (for a small fee you will be happy). Other things to note Check-in is between 11am and 7pm. Check-out by 10 a.m. Luggage storage is allowed. If you check in after 7 p.m., you will be asked for an additional fee. As it is a house shared with my family, respect for the rest times and privacy of all occupants is required.
