Non smoking. The space The space is unique because it is only 3 miles from the highway, but it is in a private spot overlooking the woods and nature and the stars. You look out the foot of your bed into a nature oasis. Please read carefully that this apartment has no shower or bathtub in winter just a half bathroom and hot outdoor shower in warm seasons. Great for the night before hikes and adventures. Check in after 4pm, check out by 10am. Walk around to the back of the house to your private entry. Small short slope. Give notice if 2nd or 3rd bed needed. Guest access This is a very comfortable large basement room with large windows and French doors overlooking nature. Half bathroom attached and outdoor shower in warm months. No indoor shower-note for winter. Microwave, Keurig, Toaster & refrigerator for necessities. There is no access to the house upstairs where I live, but you will have almost everything you need in this spacious room. We are not a party house. There is absolutely no smoking on the property inside or out due to health reasons and the family home. If there is smoking, we will ask you to leave immediately. This is not a party house.
