It includes a full kitchen, king size memory bed, desk, guest seating, separate room with flat screen television and comfy couch. The bathroom has a fully tiled shower and there is a closet to store your clothes. From the television room, walk out to your beautiful deck AND flagstone patio, complete with patio furniture, water feature and landscaping - perfect for enjoying drinks, dinner or just a relaxing space to read a book. If you're traveling with pets, they can be leash-free there or in the front courtyard! In the courtyard, you can relax in the fenced area and your pets are welcome there also. Other things to note Please note that parking is accessed through the alley behind our home. One of the best things about our cottage is the location. We are one block away from Dream Keeper's Park and a block away from the River Parks, 6 blocks from the Gathering Place and 4 blocks from the SoBo Entertainment District. We are 1.5 miles south of the BOK Center, Guthrie Green, Brady Arts District and Blue Dome District. And it's a mile to either Cherry Street or the Brookside entertainment area, and Philbrook Art Museum! Just 2 blocks away is the Council Oak Tree on the National Historic Register and the Creek Stickball Park! It is a beautiful and historic part of Tulsa, but not particularly quiet!
