Covered parking space, in the same residence as the apartment, giving access to the resort without toll (saving €88 over 7 days). The La NOVA 1 residence is located between the center of Les Villards and Les Charvet, in the heart of the resort, but quiet. Well arranged and very convenient apartment. Wi-Fi included. A large south-facing balcony offers views of both the slopes and the valley. The apartment includes: 1 closed bedroom with a queen size double bed, + 1 sleeping area closed by a sliding door with two bunk beds (and extra pull-out bed), + a double sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, nespresso coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine). DVD player. Bathroom (Charlotte Perriand design), separate toilet. Entrance with storage and ski locker. Ski schools on the snow front in front of the apartment. POSSIBILITY TO ALSO RENT A STUDIO FOR TWO PEOPLE IN THE SAME RESIDENCE (depending on availability, let us know if you are interested). The cleaning package, sheets and complete bedding, linen (towels, napkins...) is mandatory for an amount of €100 which is added to the price. At the beginning of the season, we provide a grocery and household products for all (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard, spices, aluminum foil, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags...). Please replace any products used up during the stay for the comfort of the following tenants.
