Ideal for Academics: Private room on UCI Campus

I'm a Professor at UCI, and our home is right on campus, 3 minutes walk to the nearest classrooms (10 minutes to the furthest). Your room is private, shared bath with one other person. Check-in is before 9pm (unless previously arranged otherwise), and quiet hours (including no cooking) are from 10pm to 7am. The space The home is in University Hills, the Campus Faculty Housing area. It's literally 3 minutes walk to UCI main campus. Free use of community pool + hot tub, free parking on the street. Bicycle available if you want one. Guest access You'll have access to your room, a bathroom (5 feet away through a small hallway) that is shared with an adjacent bedroom, use of the kitchen including a private cupboard and a shelf in the fridge, a dining room, and common room with a sofa + big-screen TV. We also have an outdoor dining area in the backyard. No food in the room, please. During your stay I'm happy to socialize and answer any questions. Other things to note We have a friendly lap cat, though we keep her out of the AirBnB room.
