Newly built house amidst the stunning rice terraces of Ubud. This spacious, tastefully furnished property has 1 bedroom, living room, well-equipped kitchen and open bathroom. The space Semadi Garden is 2 story modern house next to rice fields and surrounded by a lovely garden of lotus flowers, frangipani trees and fish pond in the peaceful traditional Balinese village of Bentuyung. Semadi Garden Lembah is a fully self contained downstairs apartment in the house. It is quiet and private as the access to the upstairs area/staircase is completely separate. There are windows on 3 sides of the spacious open plan living and kitchen area to allow maximum natural light and fresh breeze. The windows in the living room on one side open up to the rice fields and on the other sides open to the lush garden with a fish pond. Birds, butterflies and ducks in the rice fields can often be seen when you are preparing a meal in the kitchen or relax in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a lockable wardrobe where you can keep your valuables, bedside tables, modern lamps and aircon. The bed has a comfortable queen size mattress. The large windows open out to a quiet lawn. The bathroom has a roof with an open section. It is in a garden setting with plants, grass and another fish pond. It is comfortable and completely private. Fish food is provided to guests for feeding. You can see the stars and the moon on clear nights and clouds and blue sky on fine days through the open roof in the bathroom. Guest access The entire downstairs area of the house. Guests can access it via their own front door. Please note that the upstairs apartment has a separate entrance.
