The unit is on the property we also live on and although not a dedicated office space one can work online but you occasionally may have normal residential cleaning and maintenance noise from time to time. We encourage our guests to relax and feel at home. We have two female Staffies. Our neighbourhood's streets outside are covered with 24-hour monitored security cameras. There are cameras on the property but not inside the apartment. Access to the property is via our main gate, down the driveway to your apartment. Guest access Guests will be met on the property so timing is important. you will be share a code to gain access via the main motor gate. The unit opens up to a morning sun-facing deck leading to a small paved garden for your exclusive use. While this is for your use please note that it is not entirely secluded. Other things to note Our property and apartment is strictly no smoking, in or on. PLEASE save water. This is a dry country. Our dogs are our children and they will engage, yet are very well behaved. If you are not a dog lover then our home is not right for you. We ask that you please don't give them treats and keep an eye that they don't follow you out the gate. They love interaction, please say hello to them every time you arrive home. We ask that you let us know in advance should you want to entertain a guest .Safety and security is a priority for us, our pets and our guests. Our house and the two Airbnb units are linked to a battery inverter system, ensuring the lights will stay on! PLEASE DO NOT USE the following during load shedding: Heater, Electric kettle, Nespresso, Iron, Toaster, Hairdryer, Microwave, as these gadgets will suck the batteries dry too quickly and then the lights will go off! Please switch off all gadgets and lights when you leave the apartment. ** We make use of a pump system in each apartment for water and sewage waste.
