Our house is a modern and tastefully decorated 4 bedroom house in a suburb of Wagga. Situated in a quiet, residential, tree lined cul de sac. Guest bedrooms are in a separate area of the house, and includes a separate entrance. Guests enjoy their own large private lounge and modern bathroom . NB Other areas of the house are shared i.e. HOST OCCUPIES PART OF THE HOUSE. The space Light, spacious bedrooms with quality bed linen and towels plus electric blankets. In addition there is a large separate lounge for guests private use, with TV and study desk. There is a separate entrance for guests. Very quiet location with safe off street parking. No children or pets currently reside at this property. House is a short 5 minute drive to city centre, and within easy reach of Lake Albert, golf course, CSU, hospitals and Defence Bases. Free wi-fi Portacot, high chair and children's books and toys available. Complimentary Continental breakfast provided - including fresh fruit, cereals, toast, tea & coffee. Guest access Guests have separate entrance to their section of the house which includes guests private lounge, bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen is shared. Please note host lives at the property and will be on site during your stay. During your stay Guests can enjoy their privacy or a chat as they desire. I'm happy to share any local knowledge that I have and I will be available by phone throughout your stay. I will provide you with your own set of keys so you can come and go as you please. Other things to note Please note, owners live at this property. One section of the house is reserved for guests (bedrooms, bathroom, lounge); but the kitchen is shared.
