Guest suite in Oliver

We are located at 821 Rockcliffe Road in Oliver, BC. Our place is close to wineries, beaches, hiking/biking trails, golf, skiing and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the quiet, private, spacious, full suite accommodations. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The space The suite is ground level and has lots of natural light with large windows. The full kitchen allows you to make your own meals, if you choose. The spacious living room allows you plenty of room to relax. Two outdoor patio areas allow you to sit in the sun or the shade. The suite boasts two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a tub with shower while the en suite has a shower. In addition, there are bunk beds in the living area to accommodate younger guests. Guest access You have your own private entrance and have access to the entire lower floor of the house. Laundry is not typically included but available upon request. There is ample parking for any size vehicle. Other things to note It is important to note that there are steps that lead down to the suite entrance so guests must be able to manoeuvre these in order to book. If you have any concern about the new short-term rental guidelines introduced by the province, you need not worry about their effect on our suite. Here is why: 1. We have ALWAYS had a business license from our town since the day we first listed our suite 2. Our suite is in our main residence which makes it exempt from the new rules 3. Oliver's population is less than 10,000 which also makes it exempt from the new rules Our suite is fully compliant with the new provincial short-term rental guidelines.
